Spa Etiquette At Ocean Pearl Spa

Guests of the spa receive complimentary valet parking and have full resort access on the day of their spa visit, including:

- Resort pool, whirlpool and lounge area
- Men and women relaxation lounges, shower areas and aromatic steam rooms.

Private lockers, plush robes and spa sandals are provided for you. Consider bringing a bathing suit if you would like to enjoy the resort pool area. It is a good idea to bring something comfortable to wear after your day at the spa. The spa provides a variety of complimentary, natural and organic personal care items during your visit.
Reservations
We exist for your well being, and are here to guide you in choosing the ideal spa treatment(s) for your personalized experience and to achieve your desired results. While making your reservation, please inform the spa concierge of any medical conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, known allergies or special needs that require our attention so we can ensure your experience is a pleasant one. Please feel free to contact the spa with any questions concerning the treatments you are interested in choosing for your spa visit.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled spa treatment to change and relax in the lounge or use the aromatic steam room to prepare for your treatment. To ensure that all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed an extension of treatment time.
Cancellations
Spa services are guaranteed with a credit card. Please let us know of changes or cancellations by 2:00pm the day before your appointment. A $35 charge per service will apply for rescheduling or cancellations made after 2:00pm the day prior.
Considerations
To preserve our tranquil environment please silence your cell phone upon check-in so it does not disturb others. Place jewelry in your private locker. Ocean Pearl Spa is not responsible for valuables lost or left at the spa.
Gratuity
Our spa service prices do not include gratuities. Any gratuity given for your service provider is at your discretion. If you would like, the spa concierge can assist you with extending a gratuity to your therapist or service provider.
SpaFinder Gift Certificates
Now accepting SpaFinder gift certificates! SpaFinder certificates and gift cards are valid for full priced spa services only. They cannot be redeemed for spa product purchases or gratuities. SpaFinder certificates cannot be combined with other offers or redeemed for special events and spa packages, including the Local’s Escape Package, Spa Happy Hour and unWINEd events. Any balance left on a Spa Finder certificate will be issued on an Ocean Pearl Spa gift card; no cash will be given.
